The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) reported on 8 October 2026 that it welcomed LOT Polish Airlines flight LO65 on its inaugural arrival from Warsaw at Suvarnabhumi Airport, which TAT describes as the carrier's first scheduled direct service to Thailand. The welcome was led by TAT Governor Thapanee Kiatphaibool.
According to TAT, the route operates three flights a week (Monday, Wednesday and Saturday) from 7 to 25 October 2026. From 26 October 2026 through March 2027, frequency rises to five flights a week, offering up to 1,260 inbound seats per week. TAT says LO65 departs Warsaw Chopin at 15:45 and arrives at Suvarnabhumi at 07:05 the next day.
TAT links the route to its "Value over Volume" and "Partnership 360" strategies and says it expects the service to support the longer-stay Polish market. On market figures, TAT reports 237,570 Polish visitors in 2025 (up 31.46% year on year) and 164,807 arrivals from 1 January to 30 September 2026 (up 12% on the same period of 2025), with a forecast of about 250,000 Polish visitors for the full year. TAT gives an average Polish stay of about 14 days.
